What you'll do?own technical relationships with top accounts across discovery, architecture, integration planning, launch, and tuning
build proofs of concept end to end in Typescript, Python, our SDK, and the customer stack
debug customer issues live - devtools, logs, repros, notebooks, and Github issues engineering can act on
write reference architectures and reusable code patterns the next customer can use
partner with engineering on the enterprise roadmap when repeated customer pain points become product primitives
