Job DescriptionWe have an open Sr. Digital Enterprise Architect position. We are looking for someone to come in and help with Digital Transformation program (WCS Services + API Gateway + NodeJS) The ideal candidate will be local and have the following experience:
Education and Experience: (MUST HAVE)
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent required
- 10+ years of previous related work experience required
- 3 -5 years of previous experience with Digital solutions and architecture – mobile and desktop
- Knowledge of Manhattan Distributed Order Management, SAP, IBM Websphere a plus.
- Expert knowledge and experience with application architectures and design (SOA, SOAP, REST, Gang of Four)
- Experience with Websphere Commerce including REST API development
- Node.js experience / understanding with frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS
- Proficiency with Web Services / APIs and excellent understanding of JSON / XML
- Good understanding of CSS, HTML & Javascript
Desired Skills: (Must have some)
- API Development using MuleSoft, APIGee etc
- Experience in one or more of - Ruby, Python, jQuery
- Using REST APIs within mobile applications
- Hybrid mobile application development (iOS and/or Android) using Cordova, Ionic, and related technologies
- Container strategies and ecosystems such as Docker, Kubernetes
- Cloud Deployment Experience
- Native mobile application development (Android with Java and/or iOS with Swift/Objective C)
Skills and Behaviors:
- Proven ability as a strategic thinker with the ability to assess the current state against the target start and provide the big picture, future vision.
- Professional experience managing projects and development with agile software development methodologies, automated testing, and shared services design.
- Experience with cloud technologies, providers and application design considerations.
- Demonstration of knowledge pertaining to IT Security best practices and integration with application authorization and access.
