- Guide development teams on architecture standards.
- Engage with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead platform governance and architecture reviews.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
- Strong ServiceNow platform expertise.
- Experience in large-scale system design.
- Architecture governance and solution design experience.
- Stakeholder management and strategy development.
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – ServiceNow.
- CMA Certification in ServiceNow.
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs
