Job summary:
Develop and expand market for enterprises in Taiwan. Visualizing customers’ issues on IT infrastructure and consult To-Be model to settle current issues utilized cutting edge technology based on Logicalis Standardized Solutions, which is global network, DC, cloud, security and operation. Comparison and cost simulation on each model for budget plan.
Accountabilities:
- Provide presales design support for medium to high level multi-layer mixed solutions for both new and current customers requiring Logicalis Global Standardized Solutions, managed network services.
- Maintain end-to-end solution integrity across the products and services sold to customer.
- Engage customers actively with sales team on customer visits for technical qualification and consultation.
- Deliver service demonstrations/ presentations to customers to articulate proposed solution’s unique value proposition.
- Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of projects.
- Responsible for delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and users requirements.
- Actively plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources on the project.
- Monitor resource utilization to facilitate planning & scheduling of resources.
- Lead diverse teams of stakeholders (internal and external).
- Identify, assess and manage the risks of the project and take appropriate mitigation actions.
- Manage project scope creep and mitigate it when it occurs, manage changes in users requirements according to Change Control processes, schedule slippage, technical problems and shortages of resources.
- Ensures timely submission of reports for projects.
- Work closely with clients to ensure timely closure of contractual milestone for billing.
The Individual and their Experience:
- A relevant degree with minimum 3 years related work experience.
- Good knowledge in network systems, public cloud/private hosting service or operation framework.
- Strong customer service attitude.
