SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES

Working across a diverse range of industries, locations and technologies our consultancy experts bring a wealth of experience, passion and enthusiasm to enhance the creation of value add products. We are on the hunt for an experienced Solutions Architect from a technical background with strong business acumen who can provide consultancy to companies seeking to enhance their approach to building software products. Working across a range of industries in both B2B and B2C space you will review technology strategy, architecture and infrastructure, approach to SDLC and governance; giving holistic guidance on best practice and optimisation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead the review of client applications and their technology and product strategy.
• You will produce detailed reports providing guidance on enhancements, best practice, and risk mitigation.
• Working directly with clients, you will interact with senior stakeholders to understand the business objectives and strategy; uncover and challenge technical requirements, technology approaches, methodology, security and tech stack decisions in line with business goals.
• You will review and interpret architectural approach, infrastructure and data flows; assessing advising on best practice SDLC methodology and ways of working.
• Investigation will include the review of architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• You will maintain effective internal relationships with sales, technical, product and delivery colleagues.
• You will be confident in providing technical support during sales pitches and proposals and will help to identify and promote additional value add services.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in service delivery as a consultant shaping data solutions.
• Experience with data modernisation and cloud data migration.
• Data related product / service offering development experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product requirements and business strategy to a technical and non-technical audience and influence effectively in both spoken and written form.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
