As a Solutions Analyst III in Commercial & Investment Bank, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Job responsibilities
  • Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
  • Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability and applying best practices to address evolving business needs
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
 
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency and analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and generating insights from large, diverse data sets to support strategic decision-making
  • Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting using approved tools
  • Functional knowledge of Payments domain and experienced in testing processes in order to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution. Utilization of test automation tools, to enable the efficient and timely E2E test execution, therefore previous experience of automated testing is required. 
  • Experienced in testing processes in order to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution. Ability to work with the minimum of supervision on day-to-day activities. 
  • Very strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to team members, colleagues, senior leads, executives and clients. 
  • Skilled at problem solving, ability to scope and provide structure to complex issues, rapidly learn unfamiliar processes and provide insightful and timely remediation. Relevant  experience or equivalent expertise at troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining Cucumber / Gherkin, Java, Selenium or a similar tool is required.
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  
 
  • Experienced in using Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development test methodology or test case automation.  
  • Advanced numeracy and Microsoft skills. PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills - able to create professional slides and structure presentations with minimal input and need for secondary review. 
  • Identifying opportunities to accelerate and synergies testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation. 

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field, or equivalent expertise
  • Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in solutions analysis workflows
  • Ability to validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations and follow data-handling requirements
  • Proficiency in data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and analysis of large, diverse datasets
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • Advanced data visualization skills, including dashboard and reporting creation and maintenance
  • Functional knowledge of the payments domain
  • Experience defining requirements, documenting user stories and test scripts, and executing testing processes
  • Previous experience with automated testing and end-to-end test execution
  • Ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance experience with Cucumber, Gherkin, Java, Selenium, or similar tools
