About the Job:
As a Solution Architect, you should be passionate about creating solutions from scratch, taking on challenges with enthusiasm, and collaborating effectively within a team. You will work closely with team members to design quality, scalable, and performant solutions within Salesforce that meet our client’s business requirements and drive success.
You would play a critical role in driving the success of Salesforce implementations, ensuring that the solutions delivered are of the highest quality, and meet the needs of both the customer and the business.
Who You Are:
Magna is searching for highly motivated individuals who possess a strong technical background, truly enjoy technology, are eager to learn, and have a knack for problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adapt as new technologies and methodologies emerge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Communicate technical concepts and decisions to a non-technical client audience. Furthermore, be able to speak to technical concepts at a deep level with PMs and Developers
- Solution Design: Translate client business requirements into a technical design that ensures high data quality and seamless user experience.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Understand project scope, and present solutions with recommendations and collaborating with Project Managers for strict adherence to scope. Manage administration of change orders when applicable.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Actively pursue alignment with these resources, report on status of all assigned work regularly (daily).
- Generate Value: Understand MTG project lifecycles, typical engagement structures and work to provide value throughout all aspects of implementation, generating value by supporting the project teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining a strong billable utilization
- Mastery of our core technological offerings (Marketing Cloud Engagement, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Mulesoft)
- Develop a deep understanding of Magna’s software development principles, including programming languages, database systems, and software design patterns.
- Provide hands-on administration, maintenance, and installation of Salesforce Ecosystem software and solutions
- Attain certification on the administration of Salesforce platforms
- Create and maintain service documentation, knowledge base articles, and client-based solution logs
- Configure, manage, monitor, and debug mid-tier software.
- Diagnose, document, report, and resolve system problems.
- Support directly with client-related platform issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- Salesforce Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly with Data Cloud. Ability to demonstrate experience in multiple organizations/systems or deep experience (design/build as opposed to maintenance) in fewer organizations/systems will be weighted heavily.
- Tasks executed:
- Data ingestion + modeling
- Calculated insights leveraging SQL
- Segmentation and Activation
- Custom Report Type creation
- Development Background: Robust understanding of Salesforce development practices and administration, capable of guiding technical aspects of projects and development lifecycle management.
- Client-Facing Role: Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships and expectations effectively (50% of the role).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders both vocally and through written documentation
- Salesforce Certification: Salesforce certifications are highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency with SQL
