Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers). We are a diverse team of technology practitioners looking to outserve Grabbers with positive, personalized IT experiences, and we are looking for individuals with similar customer-centric and innovative values to join our growing team.

Workplace Type: This role will be onsite and based in the Bangalore office.

Get to Know the Role 

Reporting to the EPM Manager ll, Finance Systems, this role will work closely with experienced team members to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Oracle EPM solutions, focusing on Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service and Oracle Profitability and Cost Management. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and skill development in the Oracle EPM product suite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Assist in configuring and implementing Oracle EPM EPBCS and PCMCS solutions with guidance from experienced team members.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, provide design input, and discuss progress.
• Support metadata maintenance, user management, and month-end activities for EPBCS and PCMCS applications.
• Help with data loading, integration, and migration tasks.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining support documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Collaborate on troubleshooting system performance issues, escalating to Oracle Support when necessary, and engage in ongoing learning to stay updated with Oracle EPM technologies.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, EPBCS and/or PCMCS, with a basic understanding of related concepts.
• Knowledge of dimension management, security setup, and application maintenance.
• Familiarity with data management and epmautomate tools.
• Collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Desired: Oracle EPM Cloud certification, experience with other Oracle EPM products like FCCS, and familiarity with financial regulations, compliance requirements, and project management best practices.
