- Project Scoping & Planning
- Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and project objectives.
- Assist in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Technical Assessment & Data Collection
- Support data collection and analysis of network inventory and performance KPIs.
- Utilize tools for automated data gathering and validation.
- Network Analysis & Optimization
- Assist in analyzing network architecture and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to optimization strategies for configuration and resource allocation.
- Solution Design & Recommendations
- Help prepare technical reports and recommendations based on findings.
- Collaborate with teams to validate proposed solutions.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a supporting interface between Nokia and customer technical teams.
- Participate in workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Implementation Support & Follow-up
- Provide support for implementing recommended optimizations.
- Assist in post-implementation validation and monitoring.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and Nokia solutions.
- Familiarity with core network technologies (IMS, MSS, EPC, 5GC, VoLTE, etc.) and related protocols.
- Basic experience in network assessment, optimization, or solution design in telecom environments.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
