Overview: As a Solutions Sales Executive at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate customer pain points and needs by delivering both in person and virtual to-the-point, specific product demonstrations
Translate tech-speak into value-based discussions for C-Suite, influencers, and end user advocates
Use available tools and resources to deliver tailored demo experiences for our customers
Facilitate and support evaluations/Proof of Concepts to ensure a successful outcome
Develop a collection of customer stories from previous experiences and historical stories from the team
Ensure a seamless transition from the pre-sales process to post-sale delivery
Work with different areas of the business daily to deepen their knowledge of the market, our products, and what matters most to our customers
Qualifications:
You are energized by navigating complex organizations and decision-making processes
You can earn credibility as a trusted advisor with C-suite and senior leaders within large global organizations
You have a strong desire to learn about and evangelize technology solutions to challenging business problems
You are keen on organization, collaboration, and getting things done
Comfortable with a quickly changing environment
Thrive on open transparency, communication, and collaboration internally and externally
Competency with Salesforce, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint
