About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, client-oriented Solution Consultant / Presales Specialist to join our global team. In this strategic role, you will partner with the global sales organization to drive new business by delivering value-driven product demonstrations and architecting tailored solution designs for enterprise clients.

You will play a pivotal role across the customer journey, from discovery and proof-of-concept through to project handover, with a primary focus on our digital trade finance platform.

• Location: APAC (Remote), based in Malaysia / Vietnam / Thailand / The Philippines
• Travel: Up to 50% (Regional and International)
• Reporting to: Head of Solution Consulting

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and functional presales cycle, including in-depth discovery, solution architecture, scoping, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations of digital trade finance solutions to C-suite and banking executives.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and product roadmap capabilities.
• Act as a trade finance domain expert in client meetings, industry forums, and solution webinars.
• Provide strategic input into go-to-market initiatives and continuous improvement of the presales toolkit.

Knowledge and Experience

• 8-10+ years of domain experience in Trade Finance, with a proven track record in presales, solution architecture, or consulting within enterprise fintech or transaction banking.
• Deep knowledge of traditional and open-account trade instruments (Letters of Credit, Guarantees/Standbys, Supply Chain Finance, Factoring).
• Proven experience engaging with global banks, financial institutions, and large corporate treasuries.
• Track record of managing complex RFP processes and delivering interactive enterprise software demos.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
