The UX Designer is responsible for product user experience design (user experience research, wireframe and low/medium/high fidelity prototyping , etc) within digital products and across a variety of digital mediums (web, mobile, email, kiosk, enterprise apps, reports, marketing brochures etc). Working in an agile environment and demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Conceptualizing, designing, testing and refining product solutions that are based on customer and business needs;
- Managing multiple projects/initiatives, with a customer-centric approach to designing product;
- Assessing apps/web-sites/product for usefulness, usability, accessibility, visual design, content, branding, and industry-leading practices;
- Facilitating design/user testing sessions and deliver detailed analysis;
- Identifying and documenting meaningful patterns from user research and UX audit findings
- Developing detailed, annotated wireframes depicting all elements on unique screen types, including content, functional, navigation, and interaction specifications
- Working in agile team environments establishing and confirming the consumer's needs and priorities are understood to solve the problems/opportunities ahead;
- Having an expressive and up-to-date (anonymized) presentation design portfolio;
- Building effective teaming relationships;
- Working knowledge of one or more experience design products like Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe XD; Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc;
- Developing responsive HTML5 & CSS3 artifacts;
- Working in an agile environment and be able to create clickable prototype for product/business stakeholders, consumers, and engineering team members;
- Performing user testing and leveraging user research;
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, market research and remote usability testing;
- Developing personas and and journey mapping;
- Understanding and is well-versed in design thinking, user centric, agile methods;
- Leveraging business communication and presentation skills;
- Being up-to-date with the latest user experience trends, techniques and technologies;
- Leveraging functional decomposition to create Information Architecture;
- Reviewing implementation to confirm UX requirements are implemented as intended;
- Supporting Development and QA Teams during implementation to provide clarity;
- Providing all "hi-fi" assets required to implement UI; and,
- Contributing to the client's design language and standards and applies them consistently across digital channels.

The salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $118,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
