About the Solution Implementation Specialist position

We are looking for a qualified Implementation Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide Implementation support to sales representatives and respond to customer queries.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to manage timeline and delivery metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth customer onboarding operations.

Solution Implementation Support Specialist responsibilities are:

  • Initiating and coordinating the project delivery to the agreed timeline

  • Coordinating and delivering solution training to the customer project team

  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes

  • Providing information/date to the Sales and Operations management teams

  • Monitoring onboarding delivery performance

  • Keeping a record of project issues and their timely resolution

  • Communicating with Customer Success manager about onboarding procedures and ways to improve it

  • Being aware of new solution updates

  • Capturing and tracking customer feature enhancement requests

Solution Implementation Support Specialist requirements are:

  • Experience as a Sales Support Specialist/Associate

  • Familiar with ERP and CRM Configuration Options and MS Office programs

  • Good customer service skills

  • Superb communication skills

  • Able to multitask across multiple customer projects

  • Good team player

  • BA/BSc or Assoc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
