Why this role exists
Our customers do not buy a tool, they buy a working procurement and supplier process. This role owns the question of what “working” means for Supplier Intelligence and Procurement on the osapiens HUB — and makes sure that answer reaches Delivery, Support, Customer Success and customers through content, not through a hundred individual sessions.
Internally, this role is our Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the solution area — the person who owns whether we are technically and regulatorily right. It is deliberately not an onboarding role: Solution Excellence is a new team, and your capacity is protected so that product knowledge is created once, centrally.
What you will own
- Own the subject matter for your solution area. Define the best-practice configuration and the standard approach per use case, and sign off onboarding packages and templates before they reach customers.
- Turn every relevant release into enablement. A 2–3 minute nugget video, input for the eLearning modules, and a release webinar or office hours — produced and distributed together with our Academy.
- Enable the teams. Train Delivery, Support and Customer Success in your area, build the certification for it, and assess it.
- Be the second line. Take subject-matter escalations from onboardings, support tickets and CS conversations — and decide each time whether what you are looking at is a product gap, a documentation gap or a training gap.
- Represent the field towards Product Management. Bundle feedback and improvement ideas, prioritise them with an argument behind them, and test new functionality before release.
- Own the documentation for your area — content and currency, against the shared template.
- Meet customers by exception: lighthouse projects, complex escalations, the introduction of a new product. Not regular onboardings.

What you bring
- Several years in procurement and supplier management transformation — from consulting, from industry, or from the software side. You have analysed procurement and supplier processes, quantified where cost and risk actually sit, and designed a target process rather than only documenting the current one.
- Real depth in supplier risk and resilience: supplier onboarding and qualification, risk assessment, audits, corrective actions — and what makes each of them fail in practice.
- Regulatory understanding of what drives this in Europe (LkSG, CSDDD) and how it translates into day-to-day supplier management.
- Comfort with supplier and ERP data: master data, hierarchies, interfaces. No coding required, but you should not need someone to explain a data model to you.
- The ability to make complex things short. Experience with video, webinars or training formats is a plus — the instinct to build content instead of repeating yourself is the requirement.
- A structured working relationship with Product Management: you can justify a priority instead of forwarding a wish.
- Business: fluent English. German or Spanish is a strong plus.
- Minimal travel: below 10 %; the work happens largely remote and hybrid.
