About the Position
Naehas is seeking to hire a dynamic Solution Engineer who will assist in the success of implementing our platform for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for ushering some of the world’s largest financial, insurance and media companies through initial and continued adoption of disruptive enterprise software. Our ideal candidate can work effectively with stakeholders to define their business requirements, shape the output of projects and drive successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing functionality within the Naehas Platform and make recommendations.
- Aid in the design of the Naehas Platform, and redesign of existing functionality to fulfill the needs of the customer.
- Act as the technical liaison to the sales and services execution team.
- Act as a thought partner for Product and Dev/Ops to improve Product performance and reliability.
- Present to executive leadership at the customer regarding the product and value to the customer.
- Deep knowledge of a variety of Naehas client configurations, practices, and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, or similar experience.
- 10+ years of overall experience
- 5+ years of experience in the Banking and/or Fintech field
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
- Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn and become a power user of the Naehas platform.
- Experience with advanced data analysis techniques using Excel and/or SQL
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, reviewing JSON files
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience.
- Can effectively convey vision, ideas, goals, and issues—as well as produce reports and presentations to illustrate this.
- Proven results contributing to customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management.
- Predict and create solutions to issues before they arise (must be proactive).
- Accountability & the ability to work independently; a self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading the implementation of SaaS solutions
- Experience with advanced data analysis techniques using Excel and/or SQL
- Understanding of the architectural principles of web based platforms including SaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure and application servers
- Basic understanding of client side technologies such as JavaScript and AJAX
- An understanding of Protocols such as XML, SOAP, REST
- Previous development experience
- Adobe CS experience (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience working closely with Digital Marketing Service Providers (ESPs, DSPs, etc.) and/or Print Service Providers (PSP)
