You will…
- Collaborate with Business Development to advance opportunities: deliver high-impact demos, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), technical presentations, and customized solution proposals.
- Drive customer adoption through on-site engagements, including training, system integrations, and support across the U.S. and internationally (up to 50% travel).
- Develop Python/Bash scripts and automation tools to streamline integrations and resolve complex customer challenges efficiently.
- Capture field insights to inform Product and R&D roadmaps while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Lead the technical sales cycle end-to-end from discovery and solution design to post-sale onboarding and ongoing success.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3-5+ years in a Sales Engineer role (or equivalent pre/post-sales technical position) with a proven history of influencing deals and driving revenue.
- Advanced networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VPNs, routing/switching, NAT, cellular behaviors, link bonding/aggregation, and troubleshooting in deployed IP environments. Field integration experience with communications systems is highly desirable.
- Strong Linux proficiency, shell scripting, and at least 2 years of hands-on Python for automation and integration tasks.
- Superior presentation and communication abilities capable of distilling complex technical details for diverse audiences (fluent English required).
- Energetic, results-oriented mindset with full ownership: excels in dynamic settings, extensive travel, and both independent and collaborative work.
Strong Advantages (Defense/Military Background):
- Experience supporting U.S. DoD, prime contractors, or uncrewed systems (UxS)/aviation programs.
- Prior military service in communications, intelligence, avionics, networking, or UAS roles is particularly valued.
- Current U.S. security clearance (Secret or higher) or clear eligibility to obtain one.
