Calypso Solution Designer

Santander Digital Services is looking for a CALYPSO SOLUTION DESIGNER, based in London.
As a Calypso SOLUTION DESIGNER, you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels. You will participate in several projects, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative and collaborative way.
We need somebody to help us in different fronts:
- Responsible of design major technical and functional solutions in a high-level complexity
- More than 6 years of Calypso experience
- High functional knowledge of Collateral, Repo, SecLending, FX, Bond and Equity products and have been involved in projects regarding its Calypso implementation
- Functional leadership experience leading solutions on treasury and markets global processes, applications and architectures
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Required qualifications.
- IT Functional lead of the project
- Responsible of get user requirements and decide Calypso functional solution
- Collaborate with the rest of internal team using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting in coordination role on IT side
- Follow internally evolution of the project, developments, dependencies and execution of work lines
- Lead the collaboration with external teams involved in the project (users, execution managers, rest of IT teams)
- Expert technical knowledge of Calypso main global functionalities, modules and architecture.
