We are looking for an experienced Solution Design Expert specializing in Customer Master Data to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing customer master data solutions while ensuring alignment with industry standards, security principles, and business objectives. This role involves collaborating with business leads, process owners, and technical teams to optimize and standardize data management solutions.

Key responsabilities :

• Lead the Solution Design for Customer Master Data, ensuring it meets business needs while adhering to best practices in architecture, security, and compliance.
• Work closely with Business Leads, Global Process Owners, and Enterprise Process Leads to develop standardized and simplified integrated solutions.
• Facilitate design workshops, identifying key integration points and dependencies, proposing solutions for gaps, and ensuring business alignment.
• Ensure consistency between user requirements, functional specifications, and Agile project methodologies, adapting to DevSecOps practices.
• Oversee the seamless transition of solutions to operations, ensuring regulatory and control requirements are met.
• Deliver assigned project work on time, within budget, and with high quality, following structured release calendars.

Minimum requirements :

• 10+ years of professional IT experience in Customer Master Data or related fields.
• Expertise in SAP MDG-C (Customer & BP), including hands-on experience in customer master setup and MDG Business Partner.
• Strong background in SAP MDG-C, SAP SD, and ecosystem applications in industries like Pharma or Food & Beverage.
• Experience with customization synchronization and integration with non-SAP applications such as CRM, MDM.
• SAP certifications and training in relevant modules are a plus.
• Proven track record in Agile project delivery and IT management in international environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in regulated environments, with the ability to communicate complex IT topics in business terms.
