As part of Nokia's CNS Global Sales & Customer Operations (GSCO), you will contribute directly to advancing cloud-native software, automation, analytics, and mission-critical communication solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and enterprises.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Deep domain expertise (RAN / Core / Autonomous Networks / Mission Critical Enterprise.
- Consultative solution selling
- Pipeline creation and deal shaping
You will work cross-functionally with pre-sales domain experts, solution architects, delivery teams, and sales organizations to position Nokia’s portfolio—including Cloud Core, Automation, Analytics, Security, and Radio/Private Wireless through a consultative and value-driven sales approach. You will play a critical role in driving domain-led solution engagement, business development, and funnel acceleration across strategic customer accounts.
- Conduct detailed customer discovery sessions to understand business drivers, operational pain points, KPIs, and transformation objectives. Engage at a CTO/ Senior Technical Level to shape the strategy and roadmap and help translate customer challenges into actionable opportunities for the sales team.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning Cloud Core (5G/4G), automation frameworks, AI/ML-based analytics, Radio/Private Wireless, and mission-critical communications.
- Build and mature pipeline aligned to MI Segment priorities and account plans. Support forecasting discipline and opportunity progression through GSCO governance and contribute to top-deal shaping and deal acceleration and develop solution narratives, proposals, and technical architectures
- Position Nokia as a domain leader through insights, use cases, and innovation discussion. Support go-to-market campaigns and domain-specific initiatives and contribute to customer workshops, demos, and strategic engagements.
- Collaborate with GSCO regional unit teams to support governance, forecasting, pipeline development, and high-quality opportunity execution.

- Order Intake (OI), Revenue, Sales Margin (SM%)
- Pipeline growth, win rate, deal velocity
- Forecast accuracy & pipeline hygiene
- Executive engagement intensity
- Deal quality (costing, TCO, margins)
- Resource productivity & presales efficiency
- Adoption of AI/automation in solutions
You have:
- Extensive knowledge of the Radio and Services Technologies in the Middle East and Africa region; able to understand the technology transformation and use cases required to innovate and disrupt.
- Capability to translate products and service offerings in compelling techno-commercial value propositions, addressing end-customer business challenges, by applying industry understanding and business acumen.
- At least 10 years of experience in a consultative, solution-oriented, selling or business development role.
- Ideally, a background in technology, management consultancy, or direct industry expertise.
- A proven track record of driving significant business growth and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence C-level executives
- Ability to hunt, steer and close on relationships at a C-level across assigned customer and territories.
It would be good if you have:
- A data-driven mindset, experienced in making strategic decisions based on analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer engagements and industry events as required.
