We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Power Platform Architect/Expert to drive the vision, design and implementation of complex, enterprise-level automation and application solutions utilizing the full suite of the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires exceptional technical depth, architectural foresight and the ability to lead initiatives, mentor teams and govern the platform's usage across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: Define the end-to-end architecture for complex, highly scalable and secure Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) ensuring alignment with the organization's enterprise technology roadmap and security policies.
  • Platform Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards and governance frameworks including Environment Strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, licensing optimization, and proactive monitoring.
  • Advanced Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of solutions that integrate the Power Platform with advanced services like Azure (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AI/ML services) and Dataverse pushing the boundaries of what the platform can deliver.
  • Technical Mentorship & Leadership: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical leadership, code reviews and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Complex Problem Resolution: Serve as the final escalation point for the most challenging technical issues, architectural roadblocks and performance tuning efforts related to the platform and integrated systems. 
Qualifications

You have:

  • B.E./B. Tech. degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electronics (or a related field). 
  • 7+ years of progressive professional experience in Software Development or Technology Architecture.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on, expert-level development and architectural design experience with the Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications (e.g. Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Developer Associate) are highly desirable.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Microsoft Power Platform Mastery: Deep, expert-level proficiency across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (including advanced features like Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows/RPA and AI Builder) and Power BI (Advanced Data Modeling/DAX).
  • Dataverse & Data Architecture: Expert-level understanding and practical experience designing complex data models within Dataverse and integrating it with enterprise data sources (e.g. SQL Server, Azure Data Lake).
  • Advanced Integration: Proven ability to design and build custom connectors and leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps) to extend Power Platform capabilities.
  • SharePoint & Front-End: Advanced proficiency with SharePoint Online and expert-level skills in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development for seamless integration and UI enhancements.
  • Database & Scripting: Expert proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (complex stored procedures, query optimization) and scripting languages (e.g. C#, JavaScript) to augment Power Platform solutions.
