Key Accountabilities
- Design and document technical solutions for client opportunities, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and feasibility.
- Provide technical consultancy during pre-sales engagements, including scope definition, approach, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product Management teams to align solutions with client needs and NCC Group’s service portfolio.
- Support bid responses and proposals, contributing technical content and cost modelling under governance processes.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, presenting solutions confidently to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain awareness of emerging threats, technologies, and market trends to inform solution design.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, supporting the development of peers and junior team members.
- Represent NCC Group at client engagements and industry events as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity solutions in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies and outcomes.
- Working knowledge of at least one major framework (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CIS Controls).
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance technical integrity with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent experience.
Desired Requirements
- Experience integrating cybersecurity solutions into enterprise environments.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements across sectors.
- Exposure to managed security services and operational security models.
- Experience working with multi-region or international clients.
- Knowledge of privacy and data protection frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
