What We Do

CPNET delivers Agentic AI for manufacturing. Our platform unifies machine, MES, QMS, and EAM data, then applies predictive and prescriptive intelligence so teams can see what changed, why it matters, and what to do next—now. Core capabilities include real‑time alerts and dashboards, early detection of quality issues, and a Copilot experience that explains recommended actions. We go beyond charts to actions with Industrial Agents like RX+ (process optimization), Start Up (faster time‑to‑rate), and Predictive Maintenance (fix it before it fails).

We integrate with existing equipment and systems—no rip‑and‑replace—and focus on measurable outcomes. Customers typically see 5-10% improvements in key metrics early, with 6–12 month payback and sustained 10%+ gains as models mature.

We serve complex, continuous, and discrete environments across Consturction Materials, Films, Plastics & Chemicals, Steel, Electronics, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Defense, Oil & Gas, and more.

Mission: Protect your bottom line by maximizing performance and minimizing waste with AI proven on the factory floor.
