We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in distributed systems and extensive technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be collaborative, and able to challenge Product Owners and team decisions to achieve the best outcomes. They will focus primarily on backend technologies and bring consulting experience, along with strong sales and negotiation skills.
What you will be doingLead and architect complex distributed systems, integrating multiple web applications and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Lead system and third party SW integration road mapping and solutioning
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive architectural decisions and implement best practices.
Analyze and standardize enterprise wide logging and monitoring
Leading teams in adopting security guidance and changes
Creating roadmaps for application modernization
Act as the interface between solution and development teams, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and technical implementation.
Provide hands-on support and guidance to development teams, especially in frontend (React) and backend (C#, .Net, Azure) architectures.
Support and mentor team members, fostering a coachable and highly collaborative environment.
This is a remote position with occasional travel (if needed)
