Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Django and React.
- Architect, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions on Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
- Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and security.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong proficiency in Python Django for backend development.
- Solid experience with React and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience with Azure services.
- Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ORMs.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools like Jira.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets.
- Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
