Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals. You will provide technical leadership, design system architectures, and ensure that projects meet functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate existing systems, lead development teams, and ensure that repeatable processes are established to deliver projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide appropriate technology solutions
• Design scalable, modular, and secure system architectures that meet business and technical requirements
• Lead architectural reviews and milestone sessions with stakeholders and project sponsors
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring effective communication between development teams and stakeholders
• Develop proofs of concept and provide technical oversight to ensure solutions align with the architectural vision
• Assist in pre-sales activities and client training as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• 7 years of experience designing and implementing microservices or service-oriented architecture
• 3 years of experience in a consultative role, working directly with clients to deliver solutions
• 7 years of experience with SQL-based database systems (SQL Server or Oracle preferred)
• 7 years of hands-on coding experience with programming languages like C#, VB, etc
• 7 years of experience with JavaScript
• 5 years of experience with cloud-based solutions, preferably using Azure
• 5 years with a single-page application framework using React or Angular and at least 2 years with TypeScript
• Travel requirement upto 20%

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $140,000 – $180,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
