The Role

Our team is focused on delivering innovative, secure solutions that drive customer success. We work closely together to provide expert guidance, resolve complex technical challenges, and continuously improve our platform. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping client solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize integrations and security. We're looking for a proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, assisting them in leveraging the company platform with advanced configuration guidance and top-tier issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to address technical support requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide valuable feedback to Product Management and Engineering Teams on customer feature requests, product enhancements, and platform improvements.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering Teams to enhance product documentation, improve ease of use, and drive automation initiatives.
  • Implement secure solutions by focusing on the mitigation of security threats, automated attacks, and fraud models. Ensure that integrations are optimized to effectively address these concerns and maintain the security integrity of client environments.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the company's products and technologies, staying up to date through ongoing education and professional networking.

Who you are:

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Security Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Customer Success Engineer) with a focus on technical solution design and system integration.
  • Familiarity with modern development frameworks and technologies, including NGINX, Apache, Node.js, PHP, and .NET, with an emphasis on architectural design and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience with CDN technologies (e.g., AWS CloudFront, Cloudflare), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DNS, WAF, APIs, and load balancing services.
  • Proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments (e.g., Ubuntu) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in web technologies (e.g., HTML) and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Shell, PHP) for troubleshooting and collaboration on technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Bots, Automated Attacks, Application Security, and Cybersecurity trends.

  • Demonstrated success in working with enterprise customers to deliver impactful outcomes and resolve complex challenges.

  • Proactive ownership mindset, anticipating and addressing customer needs to prevent escalations.
  • Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communicator adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Project Management & Organizational Skills

  • Proficient in tools like Jira for organizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Calm and focused demeanor to effectively handle high-stakes situations and achieve optimal outcomes.
