The Role:
 

As a Solution Architect, you will have a major role in design and solution of the projects for Selligent Marketing Cloud clients and partners delivering interactive campaigns that successfully engage customers and drive business results. These campaigns will be created, tested, and executed within Selligent’s Marketing Cloud platform, and can encompass email, web, mobile, and social channels. Ensuring that this process runs smoothly for our clients and partners is the key responsibility of the Solution Architect role.

You will be joining a close-knit team with a no-nonsense mentality and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, operating in a high-tech environment. While the Solution Architect role at Selligent Marketing Cloud is challenging at times, you will have an opportunity to develop your career in the quickly growing field of Digital Marketing.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Become a power user of Selligent Marketing Cloud platform with strong understanding of digital marketing programs.

  • Design solutions to integrate client systems with Selligent Marketing cloud and produce High Level and Low-Level design documentations.

  • Responsible for creation, setup and execution of assets and campaigns for the email, web, mobile, and social channels within Selligent’s Marketing Cloud platform.

  • Provide consultation for Selligent's clients on website tagging with Selligent scripts for web tracking and transaction conversion.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose potential issues with campaign content, leveraging Selligent Marketing Cloud platform. 

Ideal Qualifications: 

  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.

  • Strong background with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and MSSQL database experiences

  • Experience in digital marketing, social channel integration like Facebook (Pages, Graph API), Google AdWords, Twitter is a plus.

  • Ability of developing knowledge in a constantly evolving environment and effective at solving problems, either autonomously or with the help of other teams.
