Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and talented individual to join our dynamic global team. This role requires a creative problem solver who thrives on delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions using Neota's no-code platform that solve real world problems aligned with our customers’ business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with customers to help them unlock the full potential of their business with no-code workflow and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagment & Consulting:

· Collaborate and consult with customer stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.

· Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in clear, relatable terms.

· Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

Scope Management:

· Host engaging workshops with customers, giving you direct involvement in the design thinking process to collaboratively shape innovative workflow and AI-driven solutions.

· Define and document functional requirements, project deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Proactively identify changes to project scope, ensuring adjustments are clearly documented, communicated and approved.

Solution Design:

· Build scalable and reliable solutions using Neota’s no-code platform to meet customers business requirements.

· Drive innovation by integrating generative AI/LLM capabilities, creating intelligent automation that delivers real-world value.

· Ensure solution design follows with best practices and fosters continuous improvement and creativity.

Project Management

· Work closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.

· Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or Music and Law or a related field.

· Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a technical or consulting role in the Professional Services sector (Finance, Insurance, Legal, Tax or Risk & Compliance).

· Experience with Enterprise and/ or SaaS software and a proven ability to work creatively, with strong analytical skills in a problem-solving environment.

· Knowledge of software development & project management methodologies and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Lead by example, demonstrating ethical behaviour, integrity, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
