The Dream JobDream is seeking a skilled and adaptable Solution Architect to manage deep technical engagements during both pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role focuses on ensuring smooth deployment, addressing post-sales technical challenges, and delivering long-term value to customers by leveraging Dream’s advanced cybersecurity solutions.
The Dream-Maker Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their trusted technical advisor to understand and address their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Research and Development (R&D) and Product, to align solutions with customer needs.
- Assist in the technical aspects of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and lead pre-deployment readiness.
- Drive post-sales success by solving complex technical issues, and implementing solutions in collaboration with customer and internal teams.
- Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for improving customer security posture through solution enhancements and integrations.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customer teams to ensure seamless adoption and effective use of Dream’s platform.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity, networking, and AI to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in a technical role, such as Systems Architect, Software Engineer, or Security Researcher.
- Technical Background: Strong software development background with experience in solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, and technical delivery.
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Deep knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, security controls, detection techniques, and attack methodologies.
- Networking: Strong understanding of networking protocols, network security, firewalls, NAC, segmentation, network topologies, and network-based attacks.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and design practical, scalable solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ownership: Proactive, independent, and accountable, with the ability to drive customer engagements from design and PoC through deployment and production.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with R&D and Product to resolve customer challenges and improve product capabilities.
- Customer Success: Strong focus on customer value, adoption, and successful outcomes in fast-moving environments.
