A projektről: Ügyfelünk egy nagyszabású retail transzformációs programhoz keres tapasztalt Solution Architect szakembert. A pozíció elsődlegesen a Retail Field Service Management (FSM) rendszer bevezetéséhez (RAMSES Replacement) kapcsolódik.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end solution architektúra megtervezése és szakmai irányítása komplex rendszerbevezetési projektekben.
- Retail Field Service Management megoldás bevezetésének támogatása.
- Legacy rendszerek kiváltásának architekturális tervezése és koordinációja.
- Integrációs architektúra kialakítása ERP, fizetési, loyalty, back-office és egyéb vállalati rendszerekkel.
- API-alapú és microservice architektúrák tervezése.
- Együttműködés üzleti területekkel, fejlesztőcsapatokkal, beszállítókkal és projektvezetőkkel.
- Több országot érintő implementációk architekturális támogatása.
- Cutover és hypercare időszakok szakmai támogatása.
- Az architektúra dokumentálása és a vállalati architektúra irányelveinek biztosítása.
Requirements:
- Több éves Solution Architect tapasztalat komplex vállalati környezetben.
- Jelentős tapasztalat nagyméretű IT rendszerkiváltási és implementációs projektekben.
- Erős integrációs ismeretek (ERP, POS, payment, loyalty, back-office rendszerek).
- Magabiztos API és microservices architektúra tervezési tapasztalat.
- Tapasztalat enterprise architektúrák kialakításában.
- Vendor management és stakeholder management gyakorlat.
- Tapasztalat komplex cutover és hypercare fázisok támogatásában.
- Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás (B2–C1).
Nice to Have:
- Retail vagy üzemanyag-kiskereskedelmi (petrol retail) projekttapasztalat.
- Point of Sale (POS) rendszerek bevezetésében szerzett tapasztalat.
- Field Service Management megoldások ismerete.
- Több országot érintő (multi-country) implementációkban szerzett tapasztalat.

Skills Required
- Multiple years of Solution Architect experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Significant experience with large-scale IT system replacement and implementation projects.
- Strong integration knowledge (ERP, POS, payment, loyalty, back-office systems).
- Proven experience designing API-based and microservices architectures.
- Experience in developing enterprise architectures.
- Vendor management and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience supporting complex cutover and hypercare phases.
- Confident English language skills (B2-C1).
