We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in working with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and strong experience with processes within the realm of People & Organization (HR) functions. In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP
  • Architect end-to-end solutions for HR processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices within the People & Organization function
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of HR solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with HR processes and regulations
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to the current HR solutions, leveraging expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, and industry best practices
  • Define and design integrations, data flows, and workflows to ensure seamless operation and data consistency across HR systems and applications

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on HR solutions, particularly within the People & Organization function
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices within the People & Organization function
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations within the HR systems landscape
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and technical teams
