Key Summary & Highlights
- 10+
years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale OpenText
ECM solutions with deep expertise in xECM, Content Server, Archive Center,
OTDS, and business-critical integrations.
- Own
end-to-end solution architecture, technical governance, delivery
leadership, platform roadmap, and solution assurance across development,
testing, deployment, and production support.
- Deep
hands-on knowledge of OpenText Content Server architecture including
Object Model, Nodes, Categories, RM Classification, Workspaces, Security,
Search, Indexing, and Metadata Frameworks.
- Strong
development expertise in WebReports, LiveReports, OScript customisations,
REST API development, Content Web Services (CWS), SDK integrations,
Workflow scripting, Event Scripts, and Smart View extensions.
- Design
and implement xECM integration patterns with Guidewire ClaimCenter,
Guidewire PolicyCenter, SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and enterprise
insurance applications.
- Design
enterprise API architecture including authentication, authorization,
document lifecycle management, metadata synchronization, and real-time
content integration.

- Deep expertise with OpenText xECM, Content Server, Archive Center, OTDS, and Content Aviator
- Experience with WebReports, LiveReports, OScript, REST APIs, CWS, SDK development, workflow scripting, event scripts, and Smart View extensions
- Experience designing enterprise integrations with Guidewire ClaimCenter, Guidewire PolicyCenter, SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and insurance applications
- Strong knowledge of Content Server architecture, security, search, indexing, metadata, records management, and workspaces
- Experience with SQL Server, architecture design, performance engineering, capacity planning, and Agile delivery
