We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect/DevSecOps Architect to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing end-to-end architecture solutions that meet business objectives while incorporating robust DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical architecture, DevSecOps methodologies, and hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end architecture solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Define system components, modules, and interfaces and guide their implementation.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of software applications.
- Lead the integration of DevSecOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance the security posture of systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other architects.
- Communicate technical concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology focusing on development projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong architecture and design experience, with at least 3 years deploying enterprise applications on Red Hat OpenShift.
- Expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise big data application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in Red Hat OpenShift Containerization.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in relevant areas such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
