Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect Consultant responsible for delivering business value to customers by architecting effective information system solutions that address the customer’s business problems, needs and opportunities consistent with company’s strategic and business goals.

As a strategic driver of our organization's business development efforts, this individuum will have knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and tools and understand how to apply this knowledge to successfully deliver customer projects. The person is also supporting sales and presales activities for the opportunities.

The ideal candidate will establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and with the customer by understanding the customer’s business context and their unique situation. Collaborate with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs to facilitate the definition and development of the solution.

This role is part of the DXC Consulting & Engineering organization and will work closely hand in hand with the DXC Country and Account Management in the DXC Markets Organization to ensure a common success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Find and develop business opportunities, supporting the Customers in their digitalization activities.

· Conduct detailed (business) analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions, tailoring them to meet client-specific needs.

· Advise customers in their Application Transformation programs by architecting tailored solutions

· Develop for client technically or operationally feasible long-term IT strategies and plans

· Assess business impact of multiple technologies/ strategies

· Customize reusable solutions of program and enterprise or operational scope.

· Capture and share architectural IP at the solution level.

· Define and implement architectural governance at the program and enterprise or operational scope.

· Contribute to the Architect profession both internally and externally.

· Lead architecture team in architecture activities for complex, medium to large opportunity.

· Provide review/input on project activities for large enterprise or global level projects

· Collaborates with the project manager to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures for large enterprise or global level projects.

· Develop and deliver sales presentations at CEO/COO/CIO levels for large, complex opportunities

· Forge and manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including CxO-level executives, focusing on expectation management and project advocacy.

· Develops Architecture Specification deliverables that map customer business requirements into complete information systems (technologies, processes and people) or operational solutions

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

· A minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in a transformational role with the right understanding of business and transformation needs or service delivery role.

· Experience in advisory roles.

· Proficient in requirements elicitation, engineering, and exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from CxO to technical expert levels and conveying complex concepts clearly at all levels of the organization.

· Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the capacity to devise innovative solutions to complex problems.

· Forge and manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including CxO-level executives, focusing on expectation management and project advocacy.

· Demonstrated expertise in complex stakeholder management

· Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Czech and English languages is required
