Solution Architect (D383)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years of industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on o9 Solutions implementation experience. The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable o9 solutions, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams, and guiding the implementation team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Client Requirement Management: Discuss, understand, validate, and finalize high-level business and functional requirements with clients.
  
• Solution Blueprinting: Lead and support blueprinting sessions to understand business processes, identify gaps, and define the appropriate o9 solution approach.
  
• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs aligned with o9 capabilities, industry best practices, and client objectives.
  
• Requirement Breakdown: Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for development.
  
• Development Team Guidance: Provide architectural and functional guidance to the build team during user story development, ensuring the solution is aligned with the approved design.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  
• UAT Support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support issue resolution, validate delivered functionality, and ensure the solution meets agreed business requirements.
  
• User Training: Support and participate in user training, helping business users understand the implemented solution and its key functionalities.
  
• Solution Governance: Ensure consistency between business requirements, solution design, development, testing, and final implementation.
  

• 10+ years of overall industry experience.
  
• Minimum 3 years of o9 Solutions implementation experience.
  
• Strong understanding of o9 Solutions platform and supply chain planning processes.
  
• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
  
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, blueprinting, and user story creation.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional and technical requirements.
  
• Experience guiding development/build teams in an implementation environment.
  
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT, defect resolution, and user training.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing and cross-functional environment.
  

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Inventory Planning, or related areas.
  
• Experience delivering end-to-end o9 implementation projects.
  
• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, solution governance, and best practices.
