Solution Architect, Corporate Performance Management (OneStream)
Location:
- Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
- Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
- Travel Expectations: Up to 20%

What You’ll Do:
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong CPM/EPM consulting experience to help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy to execution.
- Work with leadership to develop new capabilities, and support project teams in the delivery of high-quality project outcomes for your clients.
- Lead full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment
- Lead conversations with Finance leaders and CFOs regarding their strategic agenda for CPM/EPM and provide meaningful insights
- Provide CPM/EPM subject matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, finance transformation, vendor selections, and implementations
- Provide mentorship and help develop senior consultants and analyst on the team
- Experience with multiple full-lifecycle OneStream implementations
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field of study, information technology, or engineering;
- 6+ years of OneStream CPM/EPM implementation experience
- Knowledge of the CPM/EPM landscape and technologies such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, etc.
- People Management experience
- OneStream Certifications
- Experience working for a consulting firm and/or in the professional services industry
- Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
- Technical knowledge across full OneStream functionality; financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, allocations, reconciliations, etc.
