Responsibilities
- Implement complex multi-enterprise supply chain management applications
- Work in team for implementing Channel Shaping suite of products.
- Facilitate defining customer requirements and implement best-in-class channel shaping solutions.
- Collaborate with the customer to gather and define business requirements, business definitions, dashboard designs.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex API solutions that meet the requirements as well as adhering to established architectural principles, standards, and patterns
- Integration experience – with flat files, Rosetta net or XML files is a must.
- Deliver best solutions to drive maximum value for customers on both application and technical front
- Lead role in testing, running with customer data sets.
- Analyzing data, identifying process/systems issues, forming hypotheses and solution approaches
- Stakeholder management to provide update on the SDLC, costs, budgets etc.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience of working in supply chain management applications.
- Knowledge about High tech, and post sales supply chain domain is helpful.
- Experience and understanding of SQL, Informatica, MDM, JIRA.
- Sufficient knowledge in Application Programming Interface (API), protocols.
- Experience in Channel Data and incentives platform is a MUST.
- Experience in working on reporting and business intelligence analytical tools. Work experience on QlikSense is preferable.
- Outstanding communication skills; able to communicate with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to present strategic information, data, and results in a clear and understandable manner utilizing methods appropriate to various forums.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for delivering results is set high.
- Passion in working towards team and company success.
- Must be fluent in English
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology or equivalent experience.
