This is a remote position.
Archive is assembling a team to build a bilingual digital platform for a non profit organization.
Client's internal team leads product, business project management, UX/design and English/French content.
This contract role will own the technical design and engineering direction for project.
Requirements
Architecture experience with headless CMS, component-based applications and API-first integration.
Identity, authorization, data modelling, systems of record and secure data exchange.
AWS architecture, scalability, performance, recovery and operating-cost assessment.
Hands-on technical leadership, code review, architecture documentation and knowledge transfer.
5 to 10 year experience, Required within a month, Canada location, Work remotely, Position to remain open till filled
Must be fluent in spoken and written English, huge asset if you are also fluent in spoken and written French.
Prefer contractor located in Canada or the USA. Client is on the East Coast of Canada so must be available during standard EST business hours.
Skills Required
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Architecture experience with headless CMS, component-based applications, and API-first integration
- Experience with identity, authorization, data modeling, systems of record, and secure data exchange
- AWS architecture experience, including scalability, performance, recovery, and operating-cost assessment
- Hands-on technical leadership experience
- Experience conducting code reviews
- Experience producing architecture documentation and knowledge transfer
- Relevant technical delivery experience and collaborative working skills
- Clear documentation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Availability during standard Eastern Time business hours
- Canada location preferred; USA location may be considered
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Nonprofit or education experience
