Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Solution and Proposal Development Assistant to join our team! In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of comprehensive solutions and proposals for large base operating support services contracts. This individual will assist in coordinating, researching, and compiling information necessary for proposal preparation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. **Proposal Support:**

Assist in the preparation of high-quality proposals by gathering necessary information, conducting research, and compiling data.

Support the development of solution strategies that meet client needs while aligning with company capabilities.

Coordinate with different departments to collect technical inputs for proposals.
2.**Market Research:**
-
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights relevant to base operating support services.

Assist in analyzing RFPs (Requests for Proposals) to understand client requirements thoroughly.
3. ** Collaboration & Coordination: **

Work closely with the business development team to ensure cohesive strategy implementation across all proposals.

Facilitate communication between project teams, management, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.
3. ** Compliance & Quality Assurance:**

Ensure all proposal activities comply with company policies as well as legal standards.

Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in all proposal documents through meticulous proofreading and editing.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Must have 15+ years of Antarctic experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Proven experience (20+ years) within base operating support services sector is required.

Strong research skills with an ability to gather data from various sources efficiently.

Excellent written communication skills; adept at creating clear and persuasive documents.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint) or similar software; familiarity with proposal management software is a plus.

Salary Range:
$56.25 - $101.25
