- Create, maintain, and continuously improve documentation for software tools to support user adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Develop engaging learning materials, including user guides, presentations, e-learning content, and instructional videos.
- Deliver and facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning activities in both onsite and virtual environments.
- Identify training needs and translate them into structured learning concepts and training programs.
- Ensure learning content and documentation remain accurate, current, and aligned with software functionality and business processes.

Requirements (must)
- Experience in creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for documentation and training development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain technical topics in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Experience delivering instructor-led training sessions for different audiences.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual training environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation and training activities simultaneously.

- Experience with Synthesia or comparable AI-based content creation tools.
- Experience in creating digital learning content, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Experience conducting virtual training sessions using collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- German language skills.
