Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Test Manager to lead a team of 3 testers. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and overseeing all testing activities to ensure our iOS and Android applications are released with the highest quality. You will work closely with development, product, and design teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive test strategy 

• Lead a team of software test engineers both manual and automation.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and define test plans.

• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case creation, execution, bug tracking, and reporting.

• Drive the implementation and maintenance of mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases and provide go/no-go recommendations.

• Oversee performance, usability, compatibility, and security testing of mobile apps.

• Continuously improve QA processes and standards in line with industry best practices.

• Report on QA metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, and release quality.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5+ years in a Test leadership or Management role.

• Strong background in testing mobile applications (native, hybrid, cross-platform).

• Experience with mobile automation tools (Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, etc.).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile release pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane).

• Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with performance and load testing tools for mobile (e.g., Firebase Performance Monitoring).

• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.

• Experience working with tools like Jira, TestRail, BrowserStack, Firebase, or Crashlytics.
