- Estimate testing efforts and adjust testing needs based on Core QA requirements
- Stay updated with new technologies and continuously develop and refine your skills
- Maintain strong organization and communication skills while working with QA and Production teams

- Strong adaptable teaching skills for different types of learners
- Familiarity with the "Gears of War" series
