Software Test Analyst Specialists

Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Test Analyst Specialists in Jacksonville, FL to create and maintain processes of quality programs and provide consulting for software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements. Develop, maintain, and upgrade manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools. Effectively communicate testing activities and findings into written documentation. Support test leads to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Organize and maintain the test script library. Utilize knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools, and technologies used to create and support defect-free application software. Perform usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with testing tools including TestRail, Jira, QC, POSTMAN, and SOAP UI; performing quality assurance for core banking products; utilizing programming tools and technologies including Oracle SQL Developer, Azure Red Hat OpenShift, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Putty, and GitHub/GitBash; utilizing functional and domain knowledge in Banking including Retail Deposits, Commercial Deposits, Flex Transfer, Term Deposits, Loans, Debit card and POS transactions; providing functional and technical production support with triage; providing work around solutions for issues created by clients using Modern Banking Platform; testing Agile methodologies and Software development life cycle; and implementing Automation experience to create and execute test runs in SOAP UI for web services and Rest APIs. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and five (5) years of experience in the above listed skills.
