About the team:

This will be for professional services Payments products like Debit & Credit products where it involves Cards, Data Navigator, Settlement Manager, Switch (Connex), P1D.

 As a Software Test Analyst Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for developing test plans, executing test cases, and identifying defects within our software applications. They will work closely with the development team to understand the requirements and functionality of the software, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality.

What you will be doing:

  • Designing and implementing test strategies and plans.
  • Executing manual and automated tests.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide end to end support to the client so that deliverables are not impacted.
  • Resource will be working on the professional services client billable project. As a Test Analyst, resource should be in the position to learn new products and adapt to new technologies.

What you bring:

  • Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
  • Experience should be between 10 to 15 Years
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
  • knowledge of Payments domain & Payments One Debit & credit platforms
  • Ability to communicate well with Clients
  • Knowledge of data bases such SQL
