As a Software Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.

What you will be doing:

• Develops, maintains, and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
• Controls and manages own daily test activities.
• Provides internal quality assurance.
• Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Participate in requirement discussions with internal/external clients to define automation scope and complexity.
• Prepare detailed test plans and test case scenarios based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Cypress.
• Collaborate with BA to transfer functional knowledge.
• Analyse test execution results and troubleshoot failures using logs.
• Liaise with client teams to resolve configuration-related issues and update scripts accordingly.
• Raise and track defects through standard resolution processes for core code issues.
• Review release notes and assess impact on existing test cases, initiating script maintenance as needed.
• Estimate effort and scope for new automation requests and enhancements.

What you will need:

• Must have 6+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• QA - Cypress Automation experience is a must.
• Playwright experience may also be considered
• Knowledge of basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies.
• Expertise in Automation programming languages like Java, Typescript.
• Hands-on in tools e.g. Postman, RestAssured, API testing, Cypress or Playwright.
• Knowledge in Git for version control and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Harness, GitLab CI).
• Experience working in test data management tools e.g. Zephyr.
• Experience working with task management tools e.g. JIRA.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases e.g. MS SQL Server for test data validation and analysis.
• Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
• Controls and manages own daily test activities.
• Provides internal quality assurance.
• Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Work experience weighs more heavily with this position than does formal education, although certification and special courses of study are preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum
• Excellent Communicator – ability to discuss technical solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Skill of writing test cases and create documents as well will interpret project requirement and implement logic within a project according to the client’s specifications.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Self-motivated and self-learning attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients and those outside of their role, especially when it comes to the discussion issue with development, having the ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical people.
• Added bonus if you have:
• Previous experience working in Selenium framework will be a bonus.
• Good to have knowledge in Python.
