About the team:

FIS is looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced Software Test Analyst to our growing team. This team is part of FIS Prepaid Payment Card Processing Program, we manage projects for new prepaid client onboardings, program changes, sponsor change and deconversions. The role of the QA is to create UAT test data and files for clients, perform UAT and PIT testing on development scripts, research issues reported during an implementation project, assist in UAT testing support.

What you will be doing:

• Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
• Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Organizes and maintains the test script library.

What you bring:

• Overall experience of 2 to 4 years.
• Hands on experience into SQL
• Knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets needs of client/business partner
• Strong analytical skills
• Organizational and time management skills required (ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time)
