Role and Responsibilities:
Eliciting and documenting requirements from the customer.
Designing the solution and communicating with the customer.
Developing the solution individually and/or with the aid of 1-2 non-customer facing developers.
Testing the solution.
Facilitation user acceptance testing with the customer and triaging / resolving customer reported issues.
Deploying solution following customer identified processes (CICD or Manual methods).
Ensuring production systems are performing efficiently and effectively (Production support).
Required Skills:
Must be located in the Washington DC area, with ability to travel to Herndon and Lanham, MD for occasional work.
Bachelor's Degree
Six years of professional experience
