About this PositionWe are seeking a Software Solutions Engineer to support and enhance Primerica’s software configuration management tools, products, etc. This role requires IBM z/OS infrastructure experience, specifically hands-on experience in modifying and maintaining mainframe applications and working with development tools. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Requires excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.Salary: $110K

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline source management system
- Complete documentation (training and technical)
- Work independently and within groups, including various levels of management, system programmers and developers
- Work extensively with JCL, REXX, and ISPF (Panels, Skeletons)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and system optimization
- Understanding of security policies, tools and best practices for mainframe environments
- Use z/OS USS (Unix System Services) to support distributed functions and applications
