Position Purpose
- Management of day-to-day activities within the sales team
- Manage Sales engagements, focused on customer communications, deliverables, deadlines, opportunity statuses and reporting for new and renewing customers.
- Organize, manage and report on Sales Opportunities in CRM system, including perspectives on monetary opportunity, likelihood of closing/loses, timing and obsolescence.
- Task management in regards Pre-Sale Security Assessments, filled out by Technical Teams
- Standard Contractual Review of Terms and Conditions, to be escalated to Upper Management for feedback and approvals.
- Weekly/Monthly Sales Presentations on performance and Sales metrics/KPIs, prepared by Analysts
Essential Functions & Principle Accountabilities
- Utilize and understand the CRM and ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central and CE)
- Manage and monitor lead generating activity levels
- Monitors and analyzes business reports, competitive activity and reports back on a regular basis
- Engages with account representatives, marketing and operations as a team to manage the selling process

- Strong ability to work independently
- Create and review contracts, NDA’s, etc.
- Detailed review of presentations and marketing materials
- Adept at using multiple systems and tools to support Customer engagement, including web-based ERP/CRM, MSOffice suite
Education/Training/Experience
- A minimum of 4 years operations or sales experience
- Four-year college degree in business or equivalent in experience
- Supervisory training or experience preferred
- Management training or experience preferred
- Familiarity with Task Management
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM/Order Management Systems
- MS Office skills
- Excel and Word
