Validate end-to-end data flow from devices through analytics pipelines to dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze telemetry, system logs, and field data to identify software quality trends, regressions, and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with engineering teams to investigate customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and validate software fixes.
Develop automated tools, scripts, and dashboards to monitor software quality, detect anomalies, and improve engineering visibility.
Support release readiness by providing data-driven insights into software stability, reliability, and customer impact.
